LIVE SOUND & LIGHTING PRODUCTION SERVICES

A one-stop shop for complete hassle-free light/sound solutions!

Canada South Blues Society, established in 2000, is a not for profit Ontario corporation with over 900 members from Southern Ontario. We host a number of events throughout the year to raise funds for causes in our communities such as the 5th annual Boogie Woogie, the 6th annual Cupid's Wintertime Blues for the Essex Kent Building Trades Injured Workers Foundation, The Blues & Greens Golf Tournament for the Heart of the City Foundation, Humane Society and many more.  We use our sound production funds to present our "Blues in the Schools" program which is sanctioned by The Blues Foundation in Memphis. At our "Blues in the Schools" program, thousands of local students learn history, geography and social awareness through the arts and evolution of today's music.

Our Services:
The Ontario Trillium Foundation awarded the Canada South Blues Society a grant to purchase a state of the art audio and lighting system. Our committed mandate to Trillium for this grant is: 1. T o reduce the cost and improve the quality of the production of local events as well as our own Canada South Blues Society shows. 2. To provide superior production services to other events at reduced costs. 3. To have our senior technical staff mentor and train junior volunteer staff towards a career in the industry.

We can provide indoor/outdoor services for audiences from 200 to 15,000 people. Our system consists of industry-leading names such as Midas, Yamaha, JBL, Adamson, QSC and Crest. Our senior staff has collectively over 50 years of production experience producing shows for artists such as Edgar Winter, Blues Traveler, Eric Burdon, Buddy Guy, Colin James, Jeff Healey and guarantee the clearest sound and lighting quality possible.
